Rooted Schools Foundation Seeks Centralized IT Partner

Rooted Schools Foundation is issuing a Request for Proposals for a centralized technology management partner to support our growing multi-state network.

We currently operate one active campus in Vancouver, Washington, with two campuses opening in Columbia, South Carolina, and Cleveland, Ohio, in August 2027. As we grow, we need a single technology partner who can build and manage consistent, secure systems across all sites — and help us develop the internal capacity to sustain those systems independently.

What we’re looking for:

The right partner will design and implement centralized IT systems across our network, then train and support our school-level staff to manage day-to-day operations independently. We are not looking for a managed-services provider who holds the keys indefinitely. We are looking for a partner who builds something lasting and hands it off well.

Our environment runs Google Workspace and Jamf across a mixed device fleet of Chromebooks, Apple devices, and iPads — all 1:1 for students and staff.
